SYS Adding security incident details

This system task is used to add information about security incidents which have occurred at the school.
Path: School Module... > Security Incidents
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click School Module....
    The School Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Security Incidents....
    The Security Incident Details list displays.
  3. Click New.
    The Security Incident Details - Part1 screen displays.
  4. Enter all relevant details and click Save.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • If no monies or stamps were stolen, click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu , and click Main to return to the Main menu .
    • If monies or stamps were stolen, do the following:
[arrow.gif] To add information about stolen monies or stamps
  1. From the List Box, double click 1-Incident Details Part2.
    The Security Incident Details Part 2 screen displays.
  2. Enter all relevant details and click Save.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu .
  4. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
