SYS Adding staff TRT details

This system task is used to record the availability details for TRT relief staff.
Otherwise, use the system task:
Path: Staff Module... > Personal/Employment
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Staff Module....
    The Staff Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Personal/Employment.
    The Staff Personal/Employment Details Part 1 list displays.
  3. Double click the required staff record.
    The Staff Personal/Employment Part 1 screen displays.
  4. From the List Box, double click S-TRT Details.
    The Staff TRT Details screen displays.
  5. Click New.
    The fields clear.
  6. Enter all available details and click Save.
  7. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Staff Module... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do one or more of the following:
[arrow.gif] To Add TRT Usage
  1. From the List Box, double click A-TRT Usage Details.
    The Staff TRT Usage Details list displays.
  2. Click New.
    The Staff TRT Usage Details screen displays.
  3. Enter all available details and click Save.
  4. Click Cancel.
    The Staff TRT Usage Details list displays.
  5. Click Cancel.
    The Staff TRT Details screen displays.
  6. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Staff Module... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do one or more of the following:
[arrow.gif] To Set All Teaching Days
  1. From the List Box, double click B-Set All Teaching Days.
    A tick is set automatically in all the tick boxes against all the days of the week.
  2. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Staff Module... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do the following:
[arrow.gif] To Set All Faculties
  1. From the List Box, double click C-Set All Faculties.
    The TRT will be allocated to the appropriate faculty.
  2. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Staff Module... menu .
  3. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
