From the Main Menu

Click Utilities....
The
Utilities... menu
displays.
-
Click Security/Users....
The
Security /Users... menu
displays.
-
Click Users.
The Password Allocation screen
displays.
-
Click New.
The
System Users screen
displays.
-
Enter all available details and click Save.
-
Do one of the following:
-
To return to the
Main menu
, click Cancel repeatedly to return to the
Utilities... menu
.
-
To add the user to another group or business group
do one of the following:
To add the user to another group
-
From the List Box,
double click A-Additional Groups.
The Password Groups screen
displays.
-
Click New.
The
User groups screen
displays.
-
Enter all available details and click Save.

Do one of the following:
To add the user to a business group
-
From the List Box,
double click B-Business Groups.
The Record Privileges screen
displays.
-
Click New.
The
Record Privileges screen
displays.
-
Enter all available details and click Save.
-
Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the
Utilities... menu
.
-
Click Main to return to the
Main menu
.
