From the Main Menu
-
Click Student Module...
The
Student Module... menu
displays.
-
Click Class Allocations...
The
Class Allocations... menu
displays.
-
Click Roll Class.
The
Allocate Students to Roll Classes screen
displays.
-
Enter all required details.
-
If a new roll class does not exist, do the following:
-
Double click the For Roll
Class field.
The Choose Item screen displays.
-
Click New.
The
School Roll Class screen
displays.
-
Enter all details and click Save.
-
Click Cancel.
The Choose Item screen displays.
-
Double click the new roll class you have just
created.
The
Allocate Students to Roll Classes screen
displays and the new roll class code displays in the field.
-
Click OK.
The Select Participants list
displays.
-
Do one or more of the following:
-
To select all students, click Select All.
-
To de-select all students, click Unsel All.
-
To select or de-select students individually,
double click the required student record.
Note:
Students selected for allocation will display Y in the Selected
column and students not selected will display
N.
-
Click OK.
A confirmation message displays confirming the number of students allocated.
-
Click OK.
The
Allocate Students to Roll Classes screen
displays.
-
To allocate more students to roll classes, repeat
steps 4 to 9.
-
Click Cancel to return to the
Class Allocations... menu
.

Click Main to return to the
Main menu
.
