SYS Displaying security incident details
This system task is used to add information about security incidents which have occurred at the school.
Path: School Module... > Security Incidents
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click School Module....
    The School Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Security Incidents....
    The Security Incident Details list displays.
  3. Double click the required security incident record.
    The Security Incident Details - Part1 screen displays.
  4. Read the required information.
  5. To display information about stolen monies or stamps, do the following, otherwise click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu .

  1. From the List Box, double click 1-Incident Details Part2.
    The Security Incident Details Part 2 screen displays.
  2. Read the required information.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu .
  4. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
