SYS Displaying student accident, injury and witness details
This system task is used to display information regarding accidents and related student injuries, including records of witnesses.
Path: Student Module... > Student Personal Details
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Student Module....
    The Student Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Student Personal Details.
    The Student Personal Details, Part 1 list displays.
  3. Double click the required student record.
    The Student Personal Information, Part 1 screen displays.
[arrow.gif] To display an accident report
  1. From the List Box, double click K-Accident Report.
    The Student Accident Reports list displays.
  2. Double click the required student accident report.
    The Student Accident Report screen displays.
  3. Read the required information.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To return to the Main menu , click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Student Module... menu , and then click Main.
    • To display additional accident details (including witnesses), do the following:

  1. From the List Box, double click 1-Accident Details.
    The Student Accident Details screen displays.
  2. Read the required information.
  3. Do one of the following:
[arrow.gif] To display witness details
  1. From the List Box, double click 1-Witnesses.
    The Student Accident Witness Details screen displays.
  2. Read the required information.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To add additional witnesses, repeat steps 2 - 3 (immediately above).
    • Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Student Module... menu , and Click Main to return to the Main menu .
