SYS Displaying student personal information
This system task is used to display a student's personal information (part 1 or part 2 screens) or SSABSA number.
Path: Student Module... > Student Personal Details
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Student Module...
    The Student Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Student Personal Details.
    The Student Personal Information, Part 1 list displays.
  3. Double click the required student record.
    The Student Personal Information, Part 1 screen displays.
  4. Read the required information.
  5. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Student Module... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do the following:
[arrow.gif] To display personal information part 2 or SSABSA number screen details
  1. From the List Box, double click 2-Personal Part 2.
    The Student Personal Information, Part 2 screen displays.
  2. Read the required information.
  3. To display the SSABSA number go to step 4, otherwise go to step 6.
  4. From the List Box, double click 1-SSABSA Number.
    The Student SSABSA Number Details screen displays.
  5. Read the required information.
  6. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Student Module... menu .
  7. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
