SYS Displaying class records
This system task is used to display class records and/or lessons.
Path: Curriculum Module... > Subjects and Classes... > Class Details
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu.
  1. Click Curriculum Module....
    The Curriculum Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Subjects and Classes...
    The Subject and Classes... menu displays.
  3. Click Class Details.
    The Class Details list displays.
  4. Double click the required class record.
    The School Class Details screen displays.
  5. Read the required information.
  6. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Subject and Classes... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do one or more of the following:
[arrow.gif] To display schedule details (ie. lessons)
  1. From the List Box, double click A-Schedule Details.
    The Schedule Details list displays.
  2. Double click the required schedule record.
    The School Schedule Details screen displays.
  3. Read the required information.
  4. Click Cancel.
    The Schedule Details list displays.
  5. Click Cancel.
    The School Class Details screen displays.
  6. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Subject and Classes... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do one or more of the following:
[arrow.gif] To display a class headcount
  1. From the List Box, double click C-Class HeadCounts.
    The current number of males and females in the class will be calculated, with the results appearing on the screen.
  2. Read the required information.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Subject and Classes... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do one or more of the following:
[arrow.gif] To display a class list
  1. From the List Box, double click D-This class student list.
    The Report Viewer displays.
  2. Read the required information.
  3. Close the report viewer (if you have not already done so).
  4. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Subject and Classes... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do one or more of the following:
[arrow.gif] To display linked VET modules
  1. From the List Box, double click E-VET Module Linking.
    The VET Class Module Linking screen displays.
  2. Read the required information.
  3. Click Close.
    The School Class Details screen displays.
  4. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Subject and Classes... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do the following:
[arrow.gif] To display the class descriptor
  1. From the List Box, double click F-Class Descriptor.
    The School Class Descriptor screen displays.
  2. Read the required information.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Subject and Classes... menu .
  4. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
