SYS Editing or deleting asset maintenance records

This system task is used to edit or delete asset maintenance records.
Related system tasks include:
Path: School Module... > Assets
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click School Module....
    The School Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Assets.
    The Assets Register list displays.
  3. Double click the required asset record
    The School Assets Register screen displays.
  4. From the List Box, double click B-Maintenance details.
    The Asset Maintenance Details list displays.
  5. Double click the required maintenance record.
    The School Asset Maintenance Details screen displays.
  6. Click Edit.
[arrow.gif] To edit the record
  1. Change all appropriate details and click Save.
  2. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu .
  3. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
[arrow.gif] To delete the record
  1. Click Delete.
    The Delete this record? message displays.
  2. Click Yes.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu .
  4. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
