SYS Editing or deleting security incident details

This system task is used to edit or delete information about security incidents which have occurred at the school.
Path: School Module... > Security Incidents
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click School Module....
    The School Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Security Incidents....
    The Security Incident Details list displays.
  3. Double click the required security incident record.
    The Security Incident Details - Part1 screen displays.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • To edit the record, change all appropriate details and click Save.
    • To delete the record, click Delete.
      Note:
      The Part 1 screen cannot be deleted before the Part 2 screen.
      The Delete this record? message displays.
      • Click Yes.
  6. To edit or delete information about stolen monies or stamps, do the following, otherwise click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu .

  1. From the List Box, double click 1-Incident Details Part2.
    The Security Incident Details Part 2 screen displays.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To edit the record, change all appropriate details and click Save.
    • To delete the record, click Delete.
      The Delete this record? message displays.
      • Click Yes.
  4. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu .
  5. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
