SYS Editing or deleting user records

This system task is used to edit or delete user details or access privileges.
Path: Utilities... > Security/users... > Users
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Utilities....
    The Utilities... menu displays.
  2. Click Security/Users....
    The Security /Users... menu displays.
  3. Click Users.
    The Password Allocation screen displays.
  4. Double click the required user record.
    The System Users screen displays.
  5. Click Edit.

  1. Change all appropriate details and click Save.
  2. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Utilities... menu .
  3. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
[arrow.gif] To delete the record
  1. Click Delete.
    The Delete this record? message displays.
  2. Click Yes.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Utilities... menu .
  4. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
