1. Click Curriculum Module....
   The Curriculum Module... menu displays.
2. Click Timetabling....
   The Timetabling... menu displays.
3. Click Print Timetables...
   The Print Timetables... menu displays.
4. Click Free Rooms/Teachers.
   The Find Free Rooms / Teachers screen displays.
5. Enter all available details and click Apply.
6. Do one of the following:
• Click Cancel to return to the Print Timetables... menu .
• Click Print.
  The Report Viewer displays. Use the report viewer to print the timetable (if required).
• Close the report viewer (if you have not already done so).
• Click Cancel to return to the Print Timetables... menu .
7. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
