SYS Importing student images/photos

This system task is used for the bulk importing and assigning of student photos to student personal records.
Path: Utilities... > Load Student Images
From the Main Menu

Click Utilities...
The Utilities... menu displays.
Click Load Student Images.
The Select students for image import: screen displays.
Enter all required details and click OK.
Do one of the following:

If all images are successfully imported a message displays, click OK.
If an image cannot be found the Select Destination screen displays.
Do one of the following:

To view the report, click OK.
The Report Viewer displays.

To print the report, select the Print Report option and click OK.
The Information message displays and the report is sent to the printer.

Click Main to return to the Main menu .
