From the Main Menu

Click Staff Module....
The
Staff Module... menu
displays.
-
Click Personal/Employment.
The Staff Personal/Employment Details Part 1
list displays.
-
Double click the required staff record.
The
Staff Personal/Employment Part 1 screen
displays.
-
Click Edit.
-
Double click the Status Field.
The Choose Item displays.
-
Click Show All.
All codes display.
-
Double click L (Left).
The
Staff Personal/Employment Part 1 screen
displays.
-
Click Save.
-
From the List Box,
double click 2-Personal Part 2.
The
Staff Personal/Employment Part 2 screen
displays.
-
Click Edit.
-
Click the Date left
field.
-
Type the date the staff member left, and click Save.
-
Click Cancel.
The
Staff Personal/Employment Part 1 screen
displays.
-
Click Cancel.
The Staff Personal/Employment Details Part 1
list displays.
-
To make another staff member left, repeat steps
3 - 14.
-
Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the
Staff Module... menu
.

Click Main to return to the
Main menu
.
