SYS Printing future class records
This system task is used to print class records or lessons.
Related system tasks include:
Path: Curriculum Module... > Subjects and Classes... > Future Class Details
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Curriculum Module....
    The Curriculum Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Subjects and Classes...
    The Subject and Classes... menu displays.
  3. Click Future Class Details.
    The Future Class Details list displays.
  4. Double click the required class record.
    The School Future Class Details screen displays.
[arrow.gif] To print class details
  1. Click Print.
    The Print dialog box displays.
  2. Click OK.
    The Printing message displays and the class details are sent to the printer.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Subject and Classes... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do one or more of the following:
[arrow.gif] To print schedule details (ie. lessons)
  1. From the List Box, double click A-Schedule Details.
    The Future Schedule Details list displays.
  2. Double click the required schedule record.
    The School Future Class Details screen displays.
  3. Click Print.
    The Print dialog box displays.
  4. Click OK.
    The Printing message displays and the schedule details are sent to the printer.
  5. Click Cancel.
    The Future Schedule Details list displays.
  6. Click Cancel.
    The School Future Class Details screen displays.
  7. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Subject and Classes... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do the following:

  1. From the List Box, double click D-This class student list.
    The Report Viewer displays. Use the report viewer to print the report.
  2. Close the report viewer (if you have not already done so).
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Subject and Classes... menu .
  4. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
