SYS Processing student transitions from junior primary to primary

This system task is used to process student transitions from junior primary to primary school (if the junior primary and primary data is not kept on the same computer network).

Path: Student Module... > Transition Utilities... > Transition JP-P
From the Main Menu

Click Student Module....
The Student Module... menu displays.
Click Transition Utilities....
The Transition Utilities... menu displays.
Click Transition JP-P.
The Select student range screen displays.
Enter all available details and click OK.
The Junior Primary to Primary Transition Utility screen displays.
Select the required student record.
Type or double click and select the school for final placement.
Click OK.
Do one of the following:

To process another student repeat steps 5-7
Click Cancel to return to the Transition Utilities... menu .

Click Main to return to the Main menu .
