SYS Exporting data to DATEX

This system task is used to export student personal, student course, teacher, class and VET data to DATEX.
Important:
DATEX version 1.3.0 (or lower) does not support the importing of VET data.
Path: Curriculum Module... > DATEX... > Export to DATEX
From the Main Menu

Click Curriculum Module....
The Curriculum Module... menu displays.
Click DATEX....
The DATEX... menu displays.
Click Export to DATEX.
The DATEX Export screen displays.

Do one of the following:

To export student personal data, click Student Personal Data and click OK.
The DATEX Export - Student Personal Data screen displays.
To export student course data, click Student Course Data and click OK.
The DATEX Export - Student Course Data screen displays.
To export teacher data, click Teacher Data and click OK.
The DATEX Export - Teacher Data screen displays.
To export class data, click Class Data and click OK.
The DATEX Export - Class Information screen displays.
To export VET data, click VET Data and click OK.
The DATEX Export - VET Data screen displays.

Enter all required details and click OK.
An export confirmation message displays.

Click Yes.
An export complete message displays.

Click OK.
The DATEX... menu displays.

Click Main to return to the Main menu .
