SYS Adding asset insurance records

This system task is used to add insurance details to asset records.
Related system tasks include:
Path: School Module... > Assets
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click School Module....
    The School Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Assets.
    The Assets Register list displays.
  3. Double click the required asset record.
    The School Assets Register screen displays.
  4. From the List Box, double click A-Insurance details.
    The Asset Insurance Detail Record screen displays.
  5. Click New.
    The fields clear.
  6. Enter all available details and click Save.
  7. To add another asset insurance record, repeat steps 5-6.
  8. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the School Module... menu .
  9. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
