SYS Displaying anecdotal comments attached to student records
This system task is used to display a teacher's anecdotal comments regarding a student.
Path: Student Module... > Student Personal Details
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Student Module...
    The Student Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Student Personal Details.
    The Student Personal Information, Part 1 list displays.
  3. Double click the required student record.
    The Student Personal Information, Part 1 screen displays.
  4. From the List Box, double click X-Anecdotal Comments.
    The Student Anecdotal Comments list displays.
  5. Double click the required anecdotal comments record.
    The Student Anecdotal Comments screen displays.
  6. Read the required information.
  7. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Student Module... menu .
  8. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
