SYS Editing or deleting staff accident, injury and witness
details
This system task is used to edit or delete
information regarding accidents and related staff injuries, including records of
witnesses. Accident reports cannot be deleted before all associated details (including
witnesses) are deleted. Similarly, the additional accident details recorded cannot
be deleted before all witnesses are deleted.
Path: Staff Module... > Personal/Employment
From the Main Menu
-
Click Staff Module....
The
Staff Module... menu
displays.
-
Click Personal/Employment.
The Staff Personal/Employment Details Part 1
list displays.
-
Double click the required staff record.
The
Staff Personal/Employment Part 1 screen
displays.
-
From the List Box,
double click K-Accident Report.
The Staff Accident Reports list
displays.
-
Double click the required staff accident report.
The
Staff Accident Report screen
displays.
-
To edit or delete the staff accident report, do
the following, otherwise go to step 9.

Click Edit.
-
To edit the record:
-
Change all appropriate details and click Save.

To delete the record:
Note:
Accident reports cannot be deleted unless all related details (including witnesses)
are deleted.

Click Delete.
The Delete this record?
message displays.

Click Yes.
-
Do one of the following:
-
To return to the
Main menu
, click Cancel repeatedly to return to the
Staff Module... menu
, and then click Main.
-
To edit or delete additional accident details
(including witnesses), do the following:
-
From the List Box,
double click 1-Accident Details.
The
Staff Accident Details screen
displays.
-
To edit or delete accident details, do the following,
otherwise go to step 13.

Click Edit.

To edit the record:
-
Change all appropriate details and click Save.

To delete the record:
Note:
Accident details cannot be deleted unless all witnesses are first deleted.

Click Delete.
The Delete this record?
message displays.

Click Yes.
-
Do one of the following:

To return to the
Main menu
, click Cancel repeatedly to return to the
Staff Module... menu
, and then click Main.

To edit or delete details about witnesses, do
the following:
-
From the List Box,
double click 1-Witnesses.
The
Staff Accident Witness Details screen
displays.

Click Edit.
-
To edit the record:
-
Change all appropriate details and click Save.
-
To delete the record:
-
Click Delete.
The Delete this record?
message displays.
-
Click Yes.
-
Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the
Staff Module... menu
.
-
Click Main to return to the
Main menu
.
