SYS Printing student course information

This system task is used to print current course information attached to a student's record, including:

Path: Student Module... > Student Personal Details
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Student Module...
    The Student Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Student Personal Details.
    The Student Personal Information, Part 1 list displays.
  3. Double click the required student record.
    The Student Personal Information, Part 1 screen displays.
  4. From the List Box, double click C-Course Information.
    The Student Course Information list displays.
  5. Double click the required course record.
    The Student Course Details screen displays.
[arrow.gif] To print a course record
  1. Click Print.
    The Print dialog box displays.
  2. Click OK.
    The Printing message displays and the course record is sent to the printer.
  3. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Student Module... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do one or more of the following:
[arrow.gif] To print an academic record
  1. From the List Box, double click A-Academic Record.
    The Student Academic Record Details list displays.
  2. Double click the required academic record.
    The Student Academic Record Details screen displays.
  3. Click Print.
    The Print dialog box displays.
  4. Click OK.
    The Printing message displays and the record is sent to the printer.
  5. Click Cancel.
    The Student Academic Record Details list displays.
  6. Click Cancel.
    The Student Course Details screen displays.
  7. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Student Module... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do one or more of the following:
[arrow.gif] To print work experience details
  1. From the List Box, double click B-Work Experience.
    The Student Work Experience Details list displays.
  2. Double click the required work experience record.
    The Student Work Experience screen displays.
  3. Click Print.
    The Print dialog box displays.
  4. Click OK.
    The Printing message displays and the record is sent to the printer.
  5. Click Cancel.
    The Student Work Experience Details list displays.
  6. Click Cancel.
    The Student Course Details screen displays.
  7. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Student Module... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do one or more of the following:
[arrow.gif] To print SSABSA, TAFE and WBLA details
  1. From the List Box, double click C-SSABSA Number.
    The Student SSABSA Number Details screen displays.
  2. Click Print.
    The Print dialog box displays.
  3. Click OK.
    The Printing message displays and the record is sent to the printer.
  4. Click Cancel.
    The Student Course Details screen displays.
  5. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Student Module... menu and click Main to return to the Main menu , or do the following:
[arrow.gif] To print a student's timetable
  1. From the List Box, double click D-Check TT.
    Note:
    Schedule entries for a class must exist before a timetable can be printed. Refer to the task SYS Adding school schedule details for further information.
    The class must also have an academic period specified in its record. Refer to the task SYS Editing or deleting class records and the School Class Details screen for further information.
  2. If class schedule entries display, go to step 6, otherwise go to step 3.
  3. If a No schedule entries found message displays, click OK.
    The TT Grid Checking list displays.
  4. Type the academic period you would like a timetable for.
  5. Click Get Subjs.
    If class schedule entries display, go to step 6, otherwise do one of the following:
    • Repeat steps 3 to 5.
    • Abort the process:
      • Click OK.
      • Go to step 9.
      • Refer to the notes above.
  6. Click the Print button.
    The Report Viewer and student timetable displays. Use the report viewer to print the timetable.
  7. Close the report viewer (if you have not already done so).
  8. To print the student's timetable for other academic periods, repeat steps 4 to 7.
  9. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Student Module... menu .
  10. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
