From the Main Menu.

Click Student Module...
The
Student Module... menu
displays.
-
Click Student Utilities...
The
Student Utilities... menu
displays.
-
Click Process Results.
The
Select Class screen
displays.
-
Select the criteria (Staff or Student) and enter
all details.
-
If a list of students (in that particular class)
is required, do the following, otherwise got to step 6:
-
Click the Print Score Sheet button.
A Print score sheet message
displays.
-
Click Yes.
The Select Destination screen
displays.
-
Click OK.
A confirmation message displays and the report is sent to the printer.
-
Click OK.
The
Select Class selection screen
displays.
-
To enter assessment grades/marks go to step 6, otherwise
go to step 12.
-
Click OK.
The
Select Class screen
displays.
-
Enter an assessment grade/mark for the student.
-
Click Save/Next.
The record is saved and the next record (if one exists) is selected.
Note:
If the Save/Next button is not selected, a warning message displays asking
if you wish to save before proceeding to the next record. Click Yes or No
as required.

If more students require processing, repeat step
7 to 8.
-
Click OK.
Important:
Do not click Cancel, otherwise student assessment records processed in this instance
will not be saved.

The
Select Class selection screen
displays.
-
If processing is required for other academic results,
repeat steps 4 to 10.
-
Click Cancel.
The
Student Utilities... menu
displays.
-
Click Main to return to the
Main menu
.
