From the Main Menu

Click Student Module...
The
Student Module... menu
displays.
-
Click Student Personal Details.
The Student Personal Information, Part 1
list displays.
-
Double click the required student record.
The
Student Personal Information, Part 1 screen
displays.
-
Click Edit.
-
Click the Medical condition
check box to indicate the student has a special medical condition.
-
Click Save.
-
From the List Box, double
click M-Medical Conditions.
The Student Medical Condition Information
list displays.
-
Click New.
The
Student Medical Condition Information screen
displays.
-
Enter all available details and click Save.
-
To enter another medical condition record, repeat
steps 8 to 9.
-
Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the
Student Module... menu
and click Main to return to the
Main menu
, or do one or more of the following:
To add doctor details
-
From the List Box,
double click A-Student's Doctor.
The
Student Medical Information screen
displays.
-
Click New.
The fields clear.
-
Enter all available details
If the doctor does not exist, refer to
SYS Creating codes or reference information
.
-
Click Save.
-
Do one of the following:
To add an emergency contact
-
From the List Box,
double click B-Emergency Contact.
The Student Emergency Contact Information
list displays.
-
Click New.
The
Student Emergency Contact Information screen
displays.
-
Enter all available details and click Save.
Note:
Parents/guardians and other relatives and family friends can be recorded here.
This will depend on school policy.

To enter another emergency contact, repeat steps 2 to 3.

Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the
Student Module... menu
.

Click Main to return to the
Main menu
.
