SYS Entering future students
This system task is used to add the details of future students who have registered an interest in starting at the school. This is particularly useful for new Reception students or for students coming from interstate, overseas, or from non-government schools.
Related system tasks include:
Path: Student Module... > Student Utilities... > Enter Future Students
[arrow.gif] From the Main Menu
  1. Click Student Module....
    The Student Module... menu displays.
  2. Click Student Utilities....
    The Student Utilities... menu displays.
  3. Click Enter Future Students.
    The Future Student Information list displays.
  4. Click New.
    The Future Student Information screen displays.
  5. Enter all available details and click Save.
  6. To enter additional future student, repeat steps 4 to 5.
  7. Click Cancel repeatedly to return to the Student Utilities... menu .
  8. Click Main to return to the Main menu .
